Forum Nokia Technology Days in Hungary

From June 6 to 8, anyone can gain insight into the world of Nokia platforms.

There are still a limited number of registrations for the Forum Nokia Technology Days in Budapest, where participants can get first-hand information on development issues related to Nokia platforms. The event, which will take place from 2007 to 6 June 9, will provide an opportunity to learn about S60 Open C development and Nokia platform development tools, as well as to test applications. Event organizers have a Wiki game (http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/), in which you can start with articles related to the Nokia N95, and the prize is nothing more than a Nokia N95. Applications for the game can be made at the event venue and entries can be submitted at 6pm on 14 June or 8am on 10th June.

Forum Nokia Technology Days offer a variety of programs. On the first day, participants can learn about topics related to application testing, notation, user experience, and usability. The day’s programs are specifically recommended by the organizers for developers of commercial and free applications. You have to register here separately for the first day.

On the second day, a general, introductory program awaits developers and business development teams. During the day, key topics such as market trends, market developments, marketing opportunities and making the business world mobile will be explored. Speakers include Forum Nokia developers, service providers and Nokia experts on the S60 and Maemo platforms.

On the third day, the speakers will present research in the areas of social connections, community services, and wireless sensors. In addition, an Oracle training course on mobile software running on the Berkeley Database, Open Cn and S60 will be open to Nokia Forum Technology Day participants. For the second and third days you can apply here.

Nokia platforms offer a market rich in opportunities. Nokia has shipped a total of almost 540 million devices based on the Nokia platform worldwide, and S60 licensees have built more than one hundred million devices on the S60 platform alone.

The language of the lectures is English and interpretation is not available for the participants. Due to the limited number of places, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until May 2007, 30. Forum Nokia Technology Days events are free to attend!
